EFL Teacher
Requirements:
· Degree qualified
· CELTA or equivalent (120h + TEFL course) qualified
· Minimum of 2 yrs EFL Teaching experience
Position is at a Female Only University, only Visas for citizens of UK, USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are available.
Salary Package:
Basic Salary 12,000 SAR – 14,000* SAR/Month (~ £1980 – £2,310*)- dependent on Qualifications and Experience
Transportation 1,200 SAR – 1,400 SAR/Month (~ £200 – £230) – 10% of Basic Salary
TOTAL 13,200 SAR – 15,400* SAR/Month (~ £2,180 – £2,540*)
Additionally FREE Accommodation
30 days paid annual leave (to be taken during summer vacation. Timing is subject to university approval)
3 Public Holiday Days (2 x Eid + Saudi National Day)
5 consecutive days of unpaid vacation (to be taken in one of the mid semester breaks, subject to university approval)
Flight tickets (2 economy one-way airfares per 12 month contract. Second flight allowance of up to 3000 SAR)
Visas paid (Two single exit/re-entry visas paid for per 12 month. All initial entry visa costs covered)
Retention bonus (A retention bonus equivalent to 500 SAR per month will be paid upon the satisfactory completion of each semester)
End of service bonus
*An increase is possible where the teacher has more than 5 years of EFL teaching experience
The role:
12 Month fixed term contract Aug’11 – Aug’12
25h/week teaching
48h/week on site (25h/week teaching + preparations, marking, etc.)
